1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NSF LOAN mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To use NSF LOAN services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident
- Have a valid Malaysian IC (Identity Card)
- Have an active Malaysian bank account
- Complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process
3. Loan Terms
Our personal loan products are subject to the following terms:
- Regular/Silver Members: Loan amount of RM 800, repayment of RM 900, interest of
RM 100, 14-day term
- Gold/Diamond/Platinum Members: Loan amount of RM 1,200, repayment of RM 1,260,
interest of RM 80, 14-day term
- Late Payment Penalty: RM 10 per day for overdue payments
- Extension Option: RM 100 for an additional 14-day extension
4. Membership Tiers
Membership levels are determined by your loan history and referral activity:
- Regular: New users start at this level
- Silver: After completing 1-2 loans on time
- Gold: After completing 3-5 loans on time
- Diamond: After completing 6+ loans on time
- Platinum: Top tier with exceptional history and referrals
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of NSF LOAN, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and KYC
- Repay loans within the specified time frame
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Use the app and services for lawful purposes only
6. Referral Program
Our referral program allows you to earn rewards by inviting friends:
- Each successful referral earns you commission rewards
- Referred users must complete KYC and take at least one loan
- Commissions are credited to your wallet and can be withdrawn
- Fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate any of these Terms of Service
- Provide false or misleading information
- Fail to repay loans repeatedly
- Engage in fraudulent activities
8. Limitation of Liability
NSF LOAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising
from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the loan provided.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes
constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
